FRAMINGHAM - While amount a warrant, police arrested some brothers on Wednesday after discovering�heroin and several marijuana plants in a Hilton Street home, authorities said.
Arm of the law arrested David Griffin survivor waterproof, 25, Ed Griffin, 24, and Michael Griffin, 27, at the Hilton Street woman at 7: 39 p. d., prosecutor Emily Jackson said Tuesday during their Framingham District Court arraignment.

During a search of the home to look for�weapons, officers�discovered Michael Griffin in another nursery. They also found eight marijuana trees growing in a closet on the second of all floor, Jackson said.
Police gathered a search warrant and found six h of heroin in David Griffin's room and 16 more medical marijuana plants in a closet in a third-floor bedroom. They also found nearly $1, 000 in cash.
Police accused all three men with cultivating medical marijuana. Police also charged David Griffin with possession of a Class B narcotic, and possession of heroin with intentions of distribute.
Police also�charged Edward Griffin with resisting arrest, disorderly tendencies, assault and battery on a police agency, misleading a police officer and knowingly being present where heroin is also kept.
Michael Griffin is also accused with knowingly being present everywhere heroin is kept.
Jackson expected to answer Judge David Cunis to hold the entire group men on $5, 000 dispositions, but their lawyers all argued with regard to their release.
"They (the police) made this arrest warrant as an quittance to ransack this home to could get probable cause, " replied David Griffin's lawyer, Kenneth Major.
Michael Griffin's lawyer, Bridget Bradley, argued that her client been recently asleep in the house when police stumbled and had no drugs in his nursery.
"Just because he lives in�the precise house doesn't mean the cures are his, " she replied.
John Daly Jr., representing Ed Griffin, denied that his�client, who actually met police at the front door, to be able to run up the stairs to warn the dog's brother. Rather, �he was since telling him so he could returned downstairs, he said.
